Here are the core things we do to support students, staff, and the community:

Daily Care & Cleanliness: Every building is cleaned daily with professional, eco-friendly products.

Safety & Compliance Inspections: Twice per year, the Wood County Health Department & the State Fire Marshal complete building inspections. Included in inspections are: elevators, boilers, backflow prevention systems, fire alarm systems, and fire suppression systems. Generators are tested in-house weekly.

Sustainable & Safe Products: We use environmentally friendly cleaning materials and safer alternatives to traditional chemicals to protect student and staff health. (Products currently in use include Contact-64, EnzySan 2000, DeltaMild, and DeltaUltra)

Disinfection & Outbreak Response: Our electrostatic sprayer and VitalOxide disinfectant (residential, commercial, and hospital-grade) are used proactively during flu season or whenever illness rates are high.

Local Vendor Partnerships: Whenever possible, we engage local contractors and service providers to support our community and shorten response times.

Preventive Maintenance: We monitor building systems (HVAC, plumbing, lighting, etc.) and our facilities regularly to catch issues early before they become problems.

Facility Upkeep & Repairs: From minor fixes to major projects, we keep our buildings in good repair to provide safe and efficient learning spaces.
