Transcripts & Record Requests

We have streamlined our records and transcript request process to better serve you. The appropriate form must be filled out for every request.

For CURRENT Otsego Students 🎓

These forms are for students who are currently enrolled in the Otsego School District.

For College, Military, or Employment: ✔ Use the College/Military Visit Form

For Car Insurance, College Applications, or Other Personal Needs: ✔ Use the Current Student Transcript Request Form

Please allow 2-3 business days for your transcript to be processed. Emailed transcripts are the quickest method and are preferred by most institutions.

Note: ❌ Current 9th-12th grade students should not email Betsy Roberts directly for transcripts. Please use the forms above.

For Otsego Graduates & Past Students 🎓

If you have graduated or are a former student of the Otsego School District, this is the section for you.

For Colleges, Universities, or Personal Use: ✔ Use the Transcript Form

For 3rd-Party Background Agencies: ✔ Use the Transcript Form

For Other School Districts 🏫

This is for registrars from other schools seeking records for students who have transferred from Otsego.
