Step 3: Click on the Clock icon in the lower-right corner of the screen to open the menu
Click 'Settings' from then menu
Step 4: Click on 'About Chrome OS' link at the top of the settings screen
Step 5: Click on 'Check for and apply updates' button the check for updates
As of October 2016, the latest version is 53. If it says the Chromebook is up-to-date and its obvious that it isn't, close out of both settings windows and repeat step 3 again.
A signature is a bit of text, like your contact information or a favorite quote, that’s automatically added at the end of Gmail messages you send.
Signatures are separated from the rest of your message by two dashes. To see a signature in Gmail, click the Show trimmed content button at the bottom of the message.
You can use an image that's public on the web or an image from Google Drive. If you're using an image from the web, make sure that you're free to use the image.
Add a signature to multiple email addresses
If you use the “Send mail as” feature to send from different addresses in your account, you can add a different signature for each address. To select an address, use the drop-down menu above the signature text box on the Settings page.
Beginning with version 16.2 of SMART Notebook, Flash has been disabled so any features that use flash will no longer work. One of the features heavily used is the click-to-reveal feature. This tutorial will show you how to use this feature without relying on Flash.
This video shows how to update your Google Chrome web browser. Version 68 contained a bug that caused PDFs to appear blank. Updating to version 69 will resolve that issue.
This video shows how to use Otsego's Password Reset Utility. The utility was created to all staff and students reset their own passwords and to allow staff to reset student passwords. This allows students to manage their own passwords but also gives staff a quick way to reset a student password if necessary.
