HIGH SCHOOL MUSIC DEPARTMENT Janine Baughman, Vocal Music Rich Dubler, Instrumental Music Music Calendar (Dynacal) 2011-2012 Music Department Calendar updated 7/29/11 Jr. High School Choir Handbook 2010-11 A Message from Mrs. Baughman: 7th and 8th grade choirs are offered every other day, during the school day at Otsego Junior High. Both choir experience singing a variety of music through-out the school year; Classics, Vocal Jazz and Blues, Pop, Folk and Patriotic music. Performances include Winter Holiday Concert, Solo/Ensemble Concert(not mandatory), Chicken BBQ Concert and the Spring Pops Concert. All Concerts are madatory! Junior High Swing Choir meets on Friday's during the school day through-out the school year. This pop ensemble is an auditioned group that is a combination of 7h and 8th grade students. The students will experience pop music and the beginnings of choreography. |
