Fifth Grade Examples

These student created examples are in the final format as submitted to their teacher for grading - errors may be present.

Microsoft Word 

US City Travel Brochures - Imagine these printed back to back, folded, and presented in a 3-column brochure!  Blank areas were finalized with hand drawn items.

Grab Bag Writing - Select an item from a bag - take the perspective of that item and write about "A Day in the Life of ..."

PowerPoint 

Animation and Cartoon Projects - You may view the presentation by double clicking the htm file; maximize the window, click the Full Screen Slide Show button that will appear at the lower right.  These are self-running.

If you wish, you may download the PowerPoint Presentation file (right click - save target as) and the sound file that is used for its background music (listed below); save them in the same folder; within Custom Animation change the location of the sound file to match where you have saved it.  You should then be able to view the presentation as originally created by the student.
