Freeze Panes means to keep row and column labels visible as you scroll while in the worksheet, you will also have to change settings if you want to 
Print Headings on each page.

  • To freeze the top horizontal pane, select the row below where you want the split to appear. Then in the menu bar click Window, click Freeze Panes.

  • To freeze the left vertical pane, select the column to the right of where you want the split to appear. Then in the menu bar click Window, click Freeze Panes.

  • To freeze both the upper and left panes, click the cell below and to the right of where you want the split to appear. Then in the menu bar click Window, click Freeze Panes.  

Print Headings (row and column labels) on each page 


File menu - Page Setup - click the Sheet tab.

To repeat column labels on every page, click Rows to repeat at top, and then enter the rows (or click on the rows) that contain the
column labels. 

To repeat row labels on every page, click Columns to repeat at left, and then enter the columns (or click on the columns) that contain the row labels.

Print in center of page

File - Page Setup - Margins tab - under Center on page, click by Horizontally and/or Vertically - click OK

File - Page Setup - Page Tab - under Scaling, click on Fit to and fill in the number of pages wide and the number of pages tall - click OK
Orientation of text in a cell

Click in the cell - click Format - Cells - Alignment Tab - make your choices - click OK.

 

Merge cells and format alignment to word wrap

Highlight the cells - click Format - Cells - Alignment Tab - under Text control, put a checkmark by Wrap text and by Merge cells - click OK
