Quarterly progress reports are available in a Word 2000 format for grades K-6. An instructions file is also available. Forms may be filled out on the computer.
Progress Reports 2004 - No changes made to last year's form - use the latest master (save from this web site**). You will have to change the school year on the master before entering student data:
Unprotect the document (Tools - Unprotect Document)Elementary Progress Reports
Change the year
Protect the document (Tools - Protect Document - Be sure only Forms is marked, keep password empty - OK)
Save the document
NOTE: The latest form uses N instead of a checkmark for Needs Improvement; it also does not have drop downs. These changes were made so you don't have to print only from a Windows XP computer and to speed up the process.
**To
use the latest master you will need to save (download) one of the
following files into your own folder on the server.
Please do not work from the file as opened from this web page.
Right
mouse click your
grade level from the table below on this web page
Click “Save target As”, you may change the filename, save it in your own folder on the server
NOTE: Due to "protection" the form has Spell Check disabled. If you wish to "unprotect" (under Tools) to use spell check, please use with caution.

“Track
Changes” has probably been selected. To
“undo” this, use this 2-step process:
1. Accept the current changes
Click
Tools
Click
Track Changes
Click
Accept or Reject Changes, click the Accept All button, then click the Yes
button on the new little window, then click the Close button on the Accept
or Reject Changes window.
2. Turn off "Track Changes"
Click
Tools
Click
Track Changes
Click
Highlight Changes
Remove
the checkmark from everything
Click
OK
If you are in a protected document you will have to unprotect, make the change, protect again.
Fall and spring interim progress reports for kindergarten are available to fill out on the computer.
Interim progress reports that can be printed and filled in by hand are available for grades 1-6.
