You must be at a school computer; you can’t do this from home. In the Internet Explorer address bar type http://10.211.2.254:8080/portal (the link was in the email Mark Stevens sent).
The first screen says to “Complete the form below to get started.” It just means to type in your complete email address in the box, then click the Login button. You can disregard everything else on that page.

The next screen refers to your IT issue – it just means your computer problem. The System ID is the Otsego Tag number. If you had taken a screen shot or a photo of the problem, you could attach it to the request. After filling in all information, click the Submit Request button.
These requests are sent to Mark Stevens; you will probably receive an automated email reply from him.
