Based on instructions found through http://www.rdpslides.com/pptfaq/FAQ00303.htm, in particular http://www.powerpointanswers.com/articla1018.html :
Saved the presentation as a Web. Created a playsound.htm file that listed the sound file three times (I tried it just once and the music ended before the presentation was over); but still needed to add the background sound line to fullscreen.htm and frame.htm (I don't know if after adding that line I could have just had the sound once in playsound.htm). Try later.
