In the folder
Within
“thumbnails” or “filmstrip” you can rotate a photo by right-clicking the
photo and choosing either Rotate Clockwise or Rotate Counterclockwise from the
list that appears - you might have to rotate it several times to get it into the
position you wish.
Using Microsoft Photo Editor
Open
Photo Editor by double clicking the photo - if Windows Picture Viewer open
instead, click the second button from the right “Closes this program and opens
the image for editing”.
To
rotate an image 90 degrees clockwise:
Click Rotate 90 degrees on the
Standard toolbar.
To
otherwise rotate an image:
1 On the Image menu, click
Rotate.
2 Choose the options you want.
If you select By Degrees, enter the number of degrees of rotation you
want in the box, and click the clockwise or counterclockwise option.
Adjust the brightness of a photo
1 On the Standard toolbar,
2 Drag the Brightness slider to
increase (100) or decrease (0) the brightness.
To adjust all colors, select All Colors in the lower-left list before dragging
the slider. To adjust the color channels separately, select Red, Green, or Blue.
