Due to space and various versions of Windows, each lab computer should only have the following software installed:
Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access)
Internet Explorer
Letterchase
Adobe Acrobat
OK for students to download only clipart and these 4 items:
Microsoft virtual machine - needed for some Internet sites to display
Flash
Shockwave
Adobe Acrobat Reader updates
Please do not install, load, or download anything other than what is mentioned above on any lab computer. This means, do not install Greetings Workshop, Carmen SanDiego, Read, Write, & Type, as well as any other software.
Also do not save anything to these computers - save in your own folder on the server.
Windows 95 computers are old, slow, low on space, etc. so expect delays with some Internet sites.
