NOTE: You may not have download privileges on Windows XP computers.
To be able to read .pdf files (you will find SchoolNet uses this format a lot) you need the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader.
A nice way to be sure all computers are on the same time is to use D4 Time (in use in the computer lab).
WinZip is a nice utility to use instead of a CD
burner for large files – you can even “zip” (compress) a folder.
You may email an entire "zipped" folder as an attachment.
You need WinZip on the computer you send from as well as the computer you
send to (so it can be “unzipped”).
These programs are available for download on the Internet.
NWOCA has shortcuts.
From NWOCA’s home page, click the Hardware button, scroll down to about the middle of the page and click Software Downloads button. Click the Windows tab, select what you want (one at a time). Sample screen below.

QuickTime is necessary to view video created using iMovie.
Microsoft Windows Updates and Office Updates are available at Microsoft.
