When you are given a temporary NWOCA email password, you can not use it to log in to email. You must immediately follow the steps to change your password to one of your choice.
At log-in screen:

Type in your username. Your username (ots_aca_xx) is only what is before the @ otherwise it is your email address (ots_aca_xx@nwoca.org). Do not type anything in the password box.
Click Manage email account.
This appears:

Click “Click here if your email address does NOT end with @email.nwoca.org”

Click Password change.
This appears:

Type in a new password that you want to use - must not have spaces, must have at least 8 characters and may not have ever been used by anyone with a NWOCA account.
An authentication window will then open.
| Type in your username. Your
username (ots_aca_xx) is only what is before the @ otherwise it is
your email address (ots_aca_xx@nwoca.org).
Type in your OLD PASSWORD; |
![]() |
Click OK.
You will then be notified if the change was successful or not. If not, don’t be discouraged - look at the reason - usually, already in the history list (someone had used it already). Remember 8 character minimum and no spaces. Try again - click the BACK button in the menu bar.
