Picture
- When you have located the picture on the
internet, right click it save target as get to your own folder on the
server name the file with the name of the person pictured save.
To print a picture that can be cut out and pasted onto the paper biography form: Start a new Word document insert picture from file go the the file and double click it (it should appear in the document). Now resize the picture by right clicking it format picture press the size tab and type in the correction dimensions 2 x 2.5. You have permission to print (not from the toolbar) one page on the 4600 color printer (File print - remember to drop down to select the 4600 - OK).
