Using only the audio from a video clip:
1) Import the video clip you want the audio from, into Movie Maker
2) Drag the video clip to the 'Audio/Music' bar portion of the Movie Maker timeline
(located below the 'Audio' timeline bar)
3) Now...trim/edit the audio for the portion you want (just as you would for a
video edit)
4) In the left 'Task Pane'....in 'Step 3'('Finish Movie'), select 'Save To My
Computer'...follow the wizard steps. It will automatically bring up audio saving
format options.
5) Then when the selected audio file is saved to your chosen (named) location....import that selected audio into the video you want to put it in.
Drag it to the 'Audio/Music' timeline bar at the location you want.
Movie Maker 2 does not support multiple
audio or video tracks...so extra
steps are needed: Add your music track...save the movie,
reload the new movie...add the sound effect
on the audio/music track...in the spot you want.
You can split the song into 3 parts then lower the volume to the middle section by right clicking the sound track and adjusting it.
You can get free video clips of real explosions
and fire with
